Common problems

Why agencies look for a delivery partner

Most agencies do not lack clients. They lack dependable capacity at the moments they need it.

Hiring cannot keep up with demand

Projects arrive in waves. Hiring permanent staff for busy months is risky, and turning work away costs revenue and goodwill.

Freelancers are hard to scale

Individual freelancers can be excellent, but availability, handover and quality control become your problem when several projects run at once.

Your client relationship is at stake

A partner who contacts your client directly, misses a deadline or delivers inconsistent work puts your reputation at risk.

Working across time zones

Briefs get misread, questions wait a day and revisions drag on when there is no clear process for asynchronous work.

How we work with agencies

Your brand, your client, our delivery team

We work behind your agency. You own the client relationship and set the standards. We deliver the agreed work to your brief, in your tools where possible, and stay out of sight of the end client unless you decide otherwise.

Every project starts with a clear scope, one point of contact on each side and agreed review steps. Jakarta's time zone (UTC+7) overlaps with the European morning and most of the Australian working day, so there is a shared window for calls and the rest of the day can go to written, asynchronous work.

  • White-label delivery, no direct contact with your clients unless agreed
  • Confidentiality terms set in the agreement
  • Work done to your brief, standards and tools
  • One point of contact and agreed review steps
  • Post-launch fixes and changes, as scoped
Scope

What SAB can deliver for your agency

Each partnership is scoped in a proposal. These are the types of work agencies usually hand over.

Website builds

Company websites and WordPress builds from your designs or briefs, including responsive layout, content entry and basic on-page setup.

Landing pages

Campaign landing pages built for conversion, with forms, tracking and variants ready for testing.

SEO support

Technical checks, on-page optimization and content support, delivered as tasks your team can review and present.

Paid ads support

Setup and management support for Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn campaigns under your agency's direction and reporting.

Maintenance and changes

Ongoing updates, fixes and small changes for sites you manage, handled through an agreed request process.

Tracking and reporting setup

GA4, conversion events and reporting templates that your agency can present to clients under its own brand.

How it works

From first call to a steady partnership

SAB works in four stages: discovery, strategy, execution and optimization. For agency partners, it looks like this.

Introductory call

A 30-minute call to understand your agency, typical projects, tools and quality expectations.

Pilot project

We suggest starting with one well-defined project, so both sides can test communication, quality and timing before committing to more.

Agree the working model

Scope, review steps, communication channels, confidentiality and how requests are submitted are set out in a written proposal.

Delivery and review

We deliver to your brief with internal checks first, then your review. Revisions follow the agreed process.

Ongoing partnership

For recurring work, we review the process regularly and adjust capacity, tools and handover as your pipeline changes.

Options compared

Freelancers and in-house staff are often the right choice. A white-label partner fits best when work is recurring or comes in peaks, and you want a team without adding headcount.

Practical guide

How to set up a white-label partnership that protects your agency

Whether you work with SAB or another partner, these practices reduce risk and make outsourced delivery predictable.

Start with a paid pilot

Choose a real but contained project, such as a landing page or a small site. Judge the partner on communication, how they handle unclear briefs and how close the first delivery is to your standard.

Use a standard brief template

Include goals, page list, design files, content status, technical constraints, browser and device requirements, and the review deadline. A consistent brief saves more time than any tool.

Put confidentiality and client contact in writing

Agree that the partner will not contact your clients, will not show the work publicly without approval and will keep data confidential. Also clarify who owns code, designs and accounts.

Define done before work starts

List what you check before accepting delivery: responsive layout, forms, speed basics, tracking and content accuracy. Share the checklist so the partner tests against it first.

One channel and one owner per project

Pick one place for project communication and name one decision-maker on each side. Scattered messages are a common cause of rework in remote collaboration.

Plan around time zones

Use overlapping hours for calls and decisions, and leave clear written tasks for the rest of the day. Agree response expectations in advance so nobody waits without knowing why.

Is a white-label partnership with SAB right for you?

It works best when both sides want a long-term, well-documented way of working.

A good fit if

  • You run a digital or web agency outside Indonesia with more work than capacity
  • You want to keep the client relationship and your brand
  • You can provide clear briefs or designs, or want help shaping them
  • You are open to starting with a pilot project
  • You value reliability over the lowest possible rate

Probably not a fit yet if

  • You need a partner to pitch and sell directly to your clients
  • You do not plan to review or give feedback on delivered work
  • Your clients require all work to be done in their own country
Cost

What affects the cost of white-label work

We do not publish fixed rates, because each agency's work differs. Cost is built from the factors below and set out in a proposal.

Type of work

Website builds, landing pages, SEO tasks and ads support each need different skills and time.

One-off or ongoing

One-off projects are priced per scope. Recurring work can be arranged as an agreed monthly capacity.

Complexity and integrations

Custom functionality, multilingual sites, e-commerce or third-party integrations add effort compared with standard builds.

Review and support needs

The number of review rounds and the level of post-launch support and maintenance affect the scope.

Exact scope, taxes and payment terms are set out in the proposal. Ad media spend, if any, is paid separately to the platforms.

We have collaborated with the SAB team on several projects with stellar results. The team is organized, flexible and easy to communicate with, but what sets them apart is their consistent reliability and availability after project completion.

Frequently asked questions

What does white-label mean in practice?

We deliver work that your agency presents under its own brand. Your client deals with you, and SAB works in the background according to your brief and standards.

Will you contact our clients directly?

Not unless you ask us to. Client contact rules and confidentiality are agreed in writing at the start of the partnership.

Have you worked with overseas agencies before?

Yes. SAB has worked with woogency, a WordPress agency in Germany, on multiple projects. Their review is shown on this page and on sab.id.

Can you guarantee deadlines and results?

Timelines are agreed per project and depend on clear briefs and timely feedback. We do not guarantee marketing outcomes such as rankings or leads. Any delivery or performance commitment applies only as written in a signed agreement.

Which platforms do you work with?

Our core work covers websites and landing pages, including WordPress, plus SEO, paid ads and GA4 tracking. Tell us your stack during the intro call and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

What language do you work in?

We work with partner agencies in English. Briefs and documentation in English work best for both sides.

How is pricing structured?

We do not publish fixed rates because scope varies. Pricing depends on the type of work, complexity, and whether it is a one-off project or ongoing capacity. Everything is set out in a proposal.

How do we start?

Book a 30-minute call at schedule.sab.id or message us on WhatsApp. Share your agency profile, typical project types and an upcoming project that could serve as a pilot.
